Murk Academy Returns for Its Biggest Season Yet
A New Era Begins
After months of planning and development, Murk Academy is officially back with its biggest update since the league was founded. This season introduces a completely redesigned competitive experience featuring an updated rulebook, improved league structure, and the launch of the brand-new Murk Academy website, and our charity driven focus.
Our goal has always been simple: create one of NAs best developmental environments for competitive League of Legends. This season represents a major step toward that vision.
Whether you're a returning veteran or competing in Murk Academy for the first time, you'll find a league built around fair competition, player development, and a stronger community than ever before.
What's New This Season?

For the first time, Murk Academy will feature a dedicated website where players can:

Access the official rulebook
Stay up to date with announcements

The website is designed to make the registration process easier while giving players one place for everything Murk Academy.
📖 Completely Revised Rulebook
Over the offseason, the Murk Academy staff completed a full rewrite of the league rules.
The updated rulebook introduces:
Clearer roster and eligibility requirements
12-hour roster locks to prevent last-minute substitutions
Updated emergency substitution policies
Weekly ranked activity requirements
Improved competitive integrity policies
Refined playoff procedures
Simplified scheduling and match operations
Better support ticket and dispute procedures
Many of these changes were made directly from feedback received during previous seasons to create a more consistent and competitive experience for every team.
